I started with just a few rooms and ended up cataloging way more than I expected. The quick-add feature makes adding items painless, and I like that I can access everything from my phone or computer. The fact that I can have unlimited items is a HUGE plus. It gives me a much better record of what I own without feeling like I'm constantly maintaining it.
The upgrade to Pro made a huge difference once I started using Stowly for the entire house … The unlimited photos and custom fields are especially useful because I can track the details that matter for different types of items.

I also love the maintenance history and recurring maintenance reminders. Instead of keeping separate notes and reminders for appliances, vehicles, and other things around the house, I can keep everything together in one place.
The family sharing feature is probably my favorite part of Pro. My household can all work from the same inventory instead of everyone having their own lists.

I can see who made changes, keep track of maintenance, and customize the fields depending on what I'm cataloging. It has basically become our household's central record for everything we own. It's one of those tools that seems simple at first, but the more you put into it, the more useful it becomes.
I originally signed up because I wanted a better way to prepare for insurance purposes, but I've ended up using Stowly for much more than that. … I also like knowing that if I ever need to document what I own, I don't have to start from scratch — it's already there.

Having photos, documents, values, warranties, maintenance records, and the rest of the item's information together is incredibly convenient. The ability to customize fields and templates has been especially helpful for keeping different types of property organized. I also like knowing that if I ever need to document what I own, I don't have to start from scratch — it's already there.
