Terms of Service
Last updated: May 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of Stowly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We have kept them short and in plain English.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Stowly, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
Stowly is a personal home inventory tool. You can record items, attach photos and documents, group them by room, and configure reminders for warranties and maintenance. We may add or remove features as the product evolves.
User accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your password private. You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
Stowly is for tracking your own belongings. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or that you do not have permission to store. Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
Termination
You can stop using Stowly at any time and request account deletion by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or to the service.
Limitation of liability
Stowly is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep your data safe and the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Stowly is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for insurance, professional appraisal, or legal advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
